Terms and conditions

1. The promotion is open to all players who can lawfully place real-money wagers on the HotSlots website and are aged 18 years or over (or min. legal age, depending on the region) and only have one account with HotSlots, as per the general terms and conditions found on site.
2. Should HotSlots discover a player with multiple accounts, all winnings will become null and void.
3. The promotion is not available for players residing in Romania, Sweden, Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands.
4. The Winter Winfest Promotion 2023 is operated by Evolution and will run from 02:01 on 27.11.2023, until 01:59 CET on 24.12.2023.
5. Evolution will run a leaderboard promotion over 4 separate weeks (”Qualifying Weeks”) with 4 separate leaderboards held. Scoring on the leaderboard will be based on the amount of net winnings Campaign participants (“Players”) accumulate on qualifying tables during the Campaign Term.
6. The overall prize pool is €200,000. This prize pool will be distributed as follows:
• Week 1 (Game Shows): 27.11.2023 02:01 CET – 03.12.2023 01:59 CET (€50,000 prize pool).
• Week 2 (Live Blackjack): 04.12.2023 02:01 CET – 10.12.2023 01:59 CET (€50,000 prize pool).
• Week 3 (Live Roulette): 11.12.2023 02:01 CET – 17.12.2023 01:59 CET (€50,000 prize pool).
• Week 4 (Live Roulette): 18.12.2023 02:01 CET – 24.12.2023 01:59 CET (€50,000 prize pool).
7. Qualifying games:

8. Minimum bet amount to qualify for this promotion is €1 (or currency equivalent, depending on the game).
9. 1 point will be assigned to a Player for each and every €1 net win. Losing games with negative net value are not counted towards leaderboard.
10. Net wins will be calculated according to the following formula: Total Payout less Total Wager for Game Round = Net Win.
11. Players can only win 1 prize per leaderboard. Leaderboard points will be reset after each Qualifying Week.
12. In the event of a tie, the Player who has higher total wager on Qualifying Tables will be the winner. If this still results in a tie, the Player that achieved the points first will be the winner.
13. The top 100 players with the highest Net Win during each Qualifying Week will receive cash prizes.
14. €50,000 Prize Pool for 4 weeks in December, total €200,000.
15. Prizes are split as follows for each Qualifying Week: 1st: €10,000 Cash; 2nd: €5,000 Cash; 3rd: €3,000 Cash; 4th: €2,000 Cash; 5th = €1,500 Cash; 6th-10th: €1,000 Cash; 11th-20th: €750 Cash; 21st-40th: €500 Cash; 41st-100th: €100 Cash.
16. Cash prizes will be credited and winners will be informed via email or Onsite Messaging System within 72 hours following the end of the relevant Leaderboard (Week 1, 2, 3 and 4).
17. This is a network promotion where the Net Win Leaderboard calculation will be performed by Evolution.

20. Cash prizes have no wager requirements.
21. Only real money bets qualify. Bets made using Bonus Funds do not qualify.
22. Minimal risk betting is prohibited and will result in the removal of any cash prizes and the player’s elimination from the tournament.
23. We have the right to limit, cancel and refuse bets in the case they are considered to be too large or if we are of the opinion that the betting pattern of the player takes place in such a way that the system is being abused.
24. If a player's account is closed for any reason, during the promotional period, that player will be barred from participation in the promotion.
25. Crediting may be delayed for up to 48 hours, in the unlikely event of downtime due to technical issues.
